Dear CLES Families,

As a follow up to our Parent Survey, we wanted to share some of the next steps we will be taking given your feedback.  We appreciate the time everyone took to fill out the survey, and for all the thoughtful and positive comments.

1) After reviewing the topics of interest for a parent-night information session, we are in the process of planning a "Parent's Math Night" in January. We will have more information coming soon. In addition, we will also be planning an ELA night. These two topics had the highest level of interest.

2) Overall, we received positive feedback on our communication practices. We will continue to reflect on our practices and make some changes based on some of the ideas shared in the surveys. Stay tuned!

3) Over the last couple of years, CLES has gone green in how we communicate with our families. We will continue to share our information via email news alerts and our electronic newsletter, our CLES website (http://cles.hcpss.org), Twitter (@hcpss_cles), a few hard copies of the newsletter in the front office, and some handouts. We strongly encourage families to access information through all of these formats. However, if you would like to discuss an alternative to our online communication, please contact Amanda Wadsworth, Principal, directly at amanda_wadsworth@hcpss.org.

We will continue to gather feedback in various forms and consider ways to enhance our practices.
